WELCOME!

At United Way of South Central Michigan, we know that addressing inequity is critical to accomplishing our mission of creating a flourishing, equitable life for everyone. To do so, we must keep learning and taking actions to build strong, caring communities where every person is valued, thriving, and connected for the common good.

This 21-Day Equity Challenge focuses on deepening and reinforcing the foundation of our equity, diversity and inclusion knowledge. We hope you'll join us and rise to the challenge to be a change-maker at work and in your personal life.

Each day's content includes an introduction on a particular topic, followed by several additional resources such as podcasts, articles, or videos. You choose which links you'd like to explore - aim for at least 10-15 minutes each day of learning or reflection.
