IMPACT! Little Steps to Homeownership

CAA-768x731

Owning a home can be both a heartfelt wish and a seemingly out-of-reach dream. Our partner, Community Action Agency, has developed a unique, community-based approach that empowers people to homeownership. Here’s how CAA helped a client take little steps that made a big difference:

Community Action Agency helped a local family with very little income save their money. They saved money by budgeting and utilizing resources available to them. They were able to use the money they saved to get out of debt and begin the process of buying a home. This family proves that you can save money even while living on very little income.

The journey isn’t completed for this family, but they’re well on their way. That’s what hope is all about—and hope is what you provide when you support the work of United Way. Thank you!
