Instructional Designer Needed to Elevate ALICE

United Way of the Battle Creek and Kalamazoo Region is collaborating with United Way of Northern New Jersey to build a professional curriculum and recognition program to Elevate ALICE.

Elevate ALICE is focused on uplifting low wage workers – workers who identify as ALICE – Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed. This course will be geared toward business and organization leaders, inclusive of Human Resource professionals, who seek to identify opportunities to enhance workplace culture and practices.

The project is seeking a qualified instructional designer to help build the Elevate ALICE curriculum and corresponding materials, and has released a competitive Request for Proposal.

The proposal deadline is November 30th at 11:59 p.m. EST with the project period from mid-January through February 2022.
